finance problems, non payment of outstanding debt on credit card for 3 years plus, what are my rights is there a prescription period for debt as financially i am still unable to make te payments, and bank is demanding payment. Should i liaise with them and discuss my financial position or where do i stand, can they legally still sue me after this period, as they have only just contacted me after three years of non contact?

   Sorry, de schuld gaat nooit weg. Er is niet een magische aantal jaren dat het illegaal voor het bedrijf om te proberen te verzamelen over de schuld. U kunt het beste om te spreken met de agenten die oproep en probeer je het beste uit te werken een soort arraignment. Als u niet kunt doen en de gesprekken zijn rijden je gek. Beleefd vragen aan de volgende agent voor het faxnummer op het ophouden Department. Dan vragen ze wat het bedrijf zou willen dat u om in het oog te stoppen met de gesprekken naar uw eigen en enige contact met u opnemen per e-mail. Vergeet niet, zelfs als ze niet bellen, maar dat betekent niet de schuld is verdwenen. Als je ooit willen een goede lening voor een auto of het plan om een huis koopt, zal u moeten betalen het uit.
