I started doing a refinance of my student loans prior to Oct 1 but there been a lot of “needing more information” because of thier mistakes and the company is starting to really make me angry.
I wanted to cancel the application and start over. They said if I did that I would not be able to refinance because I have less than 20,000 in debt and the rules changed since Oct. 1.
I just want to know if it is a government mandate or this companies’?

   ik werk voor een consolidatiebedrijf.
   eerst en vooral het enige ding dat 1 veranderde Oct is de rentevoetverminderingen, alvorens u minstens 1.25% kon worden weg, nu u kan misschien een .25% weg worden. Dat gehele ding over 20.000 is waarschijnlijk het te consolideren saldo van bedrijvenminumum. nadat u een consolidatietoepassing ondertekent hebt u dag 60 appox. om te annuleren, zodra de schuld of &quot wordt betaald; funded" u schuint annuleert af, zodat zou ik daar zo vlug mogelijk faxnummer en fax in het schrijven worden dat u de geannuleerde toepassing wilt.
   wat de overheidsmandaten dingen zoals de rentevoet zijn, wanneer u eligble bent om dingen als dat te consolideren.
