Can you seek consolidation if you only have collections in your history? Thats the only thing that’s hurting my credit. I don’t have any credit card debt or repo’s or anything like that. I have alot of payday loans that went into default and they’re on my credit. Also once you go into default with a loan company and then pay them off are you elgible to reloan with them? I’d also like to know how to obtain my chexsystems report.

I have around 100k in student loan debt. I now owe 7k at my university and I have almost no money left from my loans. I’m a 5th year senior and no loan company that I’ve found will lend me money after this semester. I’m currently not in school because of health issues (had to take the Spring semester off). I don’t have a job because I am hoping my health (need surgery) will be resolved before August so I can go to school again. But I can’t go to school if I don’t pay the 7k and I need to pay tuition for next semester. Does anyone know of how or where I can get a loan?

I have 2 VISAs and a personal loan I want to consolidate into 1 payment. I don’t really want to lose one of the VISAs b/c it is in connection with my bank and tied to my checking. Also the personal loan is from a company that I am in very good standings with. Is there a way I can consolidate without losing the one VISA and reputation w/ the loan company?
