I racked up several credit card debts and I’m in way over my head. I am now being sued by 3 different companies with one judgement already. I live in SC. What are my options? Can the credit card company come into my home and start taking things to sell off at auction? The house is not paid off, but I have been making payments on it and not past due on the mortgage. Help me please.
